Potential reasons for Direct Debit decline:

  • Insufficient funds in your account — make sure you have available funds in the respective account
  • Incorrect account details used by the merchant — we won't be able to provide any notifications for this failure reason
  • Unsupported type of Direct Debit set up by the merchant — we only support Direct Debit Core scheme
