Orders submitted during extended hours trading

Available order types

Stop orders and market orders can be placed at any time, but will only be executed during regular trading hours, and when the conditions of the order are met.

Limit orders can be queued for extended trading hours, and regular trading hours. To learn more about limit orders, see this FAQ in our Help Centre.

When will the order be executed?

Your limit order, if it includes extended hours trading, may execute within any pre-market, regular trading hours, and after-hour sessions until the order expiration date.

You have flexibility in setting your limit order expiration date to any trading day within the next 6 months.

Order cancellation during extended hours

To cancel a pending order in your Revolut app:

  1. Go to 'Invest' on the bottom menu
  2. Scroll down to the 'Orders' tab (it’s only visible if you have pending orders)
  3. Tap the order you'd like to cancel and select 'Cancel'

Executed trades can't be cancelled and in some circumstances, we may not be able to fulfil your request to cancel a trade.
