Report a fraudulent card payment

If you believe you have been the victim of fraud or a scam, immediately end all communication with the fraudster or scammer.

How to report a card transaction

  1. Go to 'Home' tab
  2. Click 'See all' next to your transaction list 
  3. Select relevant transaction (if you have multiple to report, you will be able to add them in the form)
  4. Click 'Get help'
  5. Choose 'Report this payment as fraudulent'
  6. Complete the form

Your card will be terminated after you submit the fraud reporting form.
