How do I edit the personal information in my profile?

Open your ‘Personal profile’ screen and select the details you want to change.

What details can I change?

  • Phone number: can only be edited from the mobile app as soon as your account becomes active
  • Email address: can only be edited from the web app
  • Address: can only be edited from the web app

For other changes, chat with us. Before reaching out to us, please have your identification document ready. This must be the same document you provided during our sign-up process. We’ll need it to help you change your details.
