My card payment was declined

Follow these steps to see more information about your transaction:

  1. Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  2. Open your transaction list
  3. Select the payment to open the transaction details screen
  4. The reason for the declined payment will be explained in the 'Status' section
  5. For more help, tap 'Get help'

If you can't find this transaction

Check all your accounts. You can do this by selecting 'See all' on your transaction list and tapping the filter button at the top to show all transactions.
