Need a hand?

If you change your mind, you can cancel the card order within 1h:

• Head to the cards section, by tapping the card icon in the top right
• Choose your card order
• Tap 'Edit or cancel'
• Tap 'Cancel order' → choose 'Yes, cancel'
• Card order fees will be returned to your account right away.

The option to cancel an order will only be visible for some time, while the card hasn't been shipped. If you don’t see this option, it means we can't cancel its delivery.
