Order a physical card

How to order a new card

  1. Go to the 'Home' screen
  2. Tap the card icon in the top-right corner
  3. Tap 'Add new'
  4. Choose 'Debit', 'Pro', 'Joint' or '<18' at the top
  5. Tap 'Physical card'
  6. Swipe between cards to choose the card type and design
  7. Follow the prompts to complete your order

If you'd like to order a card from a different plan, you'll need to upgrade to that plan first. Each card type has a fixed card brand - Visa or Mastercard - which can't be changed. Learn more about choosing a card brand in this FAQ.


During the order process, you may have the option to customise your card. After adding your designs, you can tap 'Learn more' on the preview screen to review the guidelines, including how to avoid rejections. Customisation fees may apply.


Standard plan customers get their first card at a reduced fee. For Plus, Premium, Metal, and Ultra customers, the first two cards are complimentary.

However, the final cost of your card depends on the card type, customisation, and delivery. We'll always show you any applicable fees before you complete your order.

On all plans, you can have up to 6 active physical cards, including Pro and Joint account cards, at any one time.


Cards for Standard and Plus customers get standard, unless you pay to upgrade to priority tracked delivery. Card delivery on a standard plan is associated with a fee.

The first Premium and Metal, and Ultra card orders get free express tracked delivery.
