Everyday protection insurance coverage

Our everyday protection insurance covers Revolut customers on the Plus, Premium, Metal and Ultra plans. To be eligible for a claim, the item or ticket must be paid in full using your Revolut account.

Purchase protection

  • Items must be new, purchased for personal use and after the start date of your purchase protection insurance policy
  • Items must have a purchase cost of €50 or more
  • You're eligible to claim for one mobile device incident every 12 months
  • A new 12-month period for claims begins on the day you receive a notification regarding a previous mobile device claim

Return protection

  • Covers items purchased with a Revolut account
  • Items must be new, purchased for personal use, and from retailers in Europe
  • No previous owners
  • Eligible if purchased within the last 90 days and the retailer won't accept returns

Ticket cancellation protection

  • Tickets for events that happen in the country where your account is registered or within Europe
  • You'll be refunded the lesser or the face value of the ticket(s)
  • The maximum amount you can receive in a 12-month period is €1,000

Follow these steps to check the T&Cs:

  1. Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
  2. Tap 'Insurance' and then 'Purchase'
  3. Select the insurance type you need help with
  4. Tap 'All documents' and choose 'Full Coverage Wording'
