Revolut transactions missing from QuickBooks

Only completed transactions sync to QuickBooks — pending or failed ones won’t appear. Check your transaction status in Revolut to ensure they’re fully processed.

Make sure the connection between Revolut and QuickBooks is active. You can verify this under your QuickBooks ‘Banking’ settings.

If transactions are still missing, check the ‘Bank transactions’ tab. You can also manually upload the transactions, or contact QuickBooks support if the issue persists.
