How to order a card reader

  • Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  • Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
  • Scroll down and tap 'Pro'
  • Select 'New sale' and 'Card reader'
  • Select 'Don’t have one? Order a card reader'
  • Follow the instructions to add a delivery address and payment method

How to connect your card reader

After receiving your card reader (Revolut Reader), simply connect it to your Revolut app via Bluetooth. We'll handle all the setup for you, and make sure it's ready for immediate use once the updates are finished. For detailed instructions, refer to our customer guide on this page.

Your Revolut Reader pairs with the Revolut app via Bluetooth on your mobile device, which must have Wi-Fi or mobile network connectivity for transactions.

How to order a replacement

Only devices bought within the last 12 months are eligible for a replacement. Otherwise, you'll need to purchase a new one.

You can request a Revolut Reader replacement only for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Damage not caused by mishandling: software issues (device fails to connect) or flashing screen
  • Error message displays 'Device has been damaged' or 'Attack detected'
  • Battery issues
  • Card payment processing issues: card isn't detected or device freezes during a payment
  • Device arrived damaged
