I lost access to a device with my passkey stored

If you lose access to a device with your passkey stored, you may still have access to your passkeys. This depends on where you stored the passkey. If you stored it on the browser (Chrome), Cloud/Google Cloud/Apple Keychain, or Password Manager, you can access it from any other device connected to the passkey's storage.

Alternatively, you can also revoke a passkey via the Revolut mobile or web app:

  1. Go to your 'Settings' from your profile by clicking the top left corner.
  2. 'Security and privacy' → 'Passkeys'.
  3. Select the 'Passkey' from the list of Passkeys.
  4. Press the 'Revoke' button.
