Add or remove a member from a Duo bundle

Add a member

After purchasing the Duo bundle, the manager can invite one member to join them. The invited member can either accept or reject the invite to join the Duo bundle.

The purchase of the Duo bundle isn't dependant on the invited member accepting the invitation. The manager will be billed for the bundle whether the member accepts the invite to join or not. The manager’s billing for the Duo bundle starts when they purchase the bundle itself.

Who can I invite to my Duo bundle?

The manager who purchases the Duo bundle can invite members:

  • with active Revolut accounts registered in the same country as the manager
  • on an equal or lower paid plan tier as the plan the manager has chosen for the Duo bundle

Remove a member

The manager can remove a member from their Duo bundle at any point and invite a new member. If the manager chooses to do this, the removed member’s subscription to the Duo bundle will automatically end.

The person being removed will receive an in-app notification and will have 14 days (the “notice period”) to decide if they wish to continue on the same tier paid plan as the Duo bundle, downgrade to Standard, or wish to switch to another paid plan. Plan fees apply if they choose a paid plan.

If the member doesn't decide within the notice period, they’ll automatically be charged for the paid plan tier they're currently on with the Duo bundle, as per our Fees Page. During the notice period, the member will still be able to benefit from the services linked to their Duo bundle subscription.
