What are stock financials?

As part of carrying out fundamental analysis, stock investors can learn from analysing a company’s financial statements. For example, the company's income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows can be useful in understanding how a company functions, its stability and how much its stock is worth. Metrics can vary by sector and are not a sole indicator of the company’s performance.

Please note that financial analyses and ratios should not be looked at in isolation when making investing decisions.
