When are bills synchronised to Zoho Books?

For importing

  • In Zoho Books, go to 'Shopping', select 'Bills', and click 'New' to create one
  • Once created, it will appear in Revolut. It can take up to 1 hour to sync
  • If you want to speed it up, go to Integrations
  • Select 'Zoho Books' and then 'Bills'
  • Click the sync button

For exporting

  • Once the bill is created in Revolut and the payment is initiated or scheduled, go to 'Transfer' and select 'Bills' to track the status until it is 'Exported'
  • It usually appears in the 'Bills' section of your Zoho Books account within a few seconds
