Why wasn’t my cash deposit barcode accepted at the store?

Reasons why your Cash deposit barcode might not be accepted in-store:

  • Ensure the retailer is an authorized POS for 'Paysafecash'
  • Inform the retailer about your cash top-up using the respective product name
  • If the authorized retailer still encounters issues with the barcode, try refreshing and regenerating it
  • Check the expiration time of your top-up code before use. Create a new code if expired (30-minute validity)
