How to manually export expenses to Zoho Books

  • In Revolut Business, go to ‘Expenses’ and click ‘Download’. Filter if needed
  • Select CSV, choose a time period, and include receipts or pending transactions
  • In Zoho Books, go to the ‘Purchases’ module, then ‘Expenses’, click the ‘More’ icon, and select 'Import Expenses'
  • Upload and map your file to successfully export your expenses manually
