Fraud and cybercrime reporting to national authorities

If you have been a victim of fraud, your first step should always be to submit a fraud report. Afterwards, use the guidance below to report the incident to the appropriate national authorities.

Malta

  • Report to the nearest police station or via pulizija.gov.mt
  • Contact the Cyber Crime Unit, Malta Police Force, at 22942231 or email computer.crime@gov.mt
  • Submit a complaint to the Office of the Arbiter for Financial Services at financialarbiter.org.mt
