Timeframes for transfers

Transfers sent to Revolut

Receiving GBP:

  • Faster Payments (FPS): usually within a few hours, but they can take up to 1 business day
  • Salary payments (usually BACS): 2–3 business days
  • CHAPS: up to 1 business day

Receiving EUR:

  • Regular SEPA: 1–2 business days
  • SEPA Instant: within a few minutes

International transfers:

  • SWIFT transfers can take up to 5 business days to arrive in the recipient’s Revolut account

Transfer sent from Revolut

International transfers:

  • SWIFT transfers from a Revolut account can take up to 5 business days to arrive in the recipient’s account

Sending EUR:

  • SEPA transfers from a Revolut account usually arrive in the recipient’s account instantly, but they can take up to 2 business days
