How are the funds in my Savings Vaults protected?
The described product is protected by the Institute for the Protection of Bank Savings (IPAB) up to an amount equivalent to 400,000 Investment Units (UDI) per client and institution in accordance with the legal provisions that regulate said Institute. For more, visit http://www.condusef.gob.mx.
Why was my Savings Vault restricted or closed?
In rare cases, we may need to close or restrict your Savings Vault, as per our terms and conditions. This can happen if we're reasonably concerned about the security of your Savings Vault, or if we're required to take action by law.
If your Savings Vault is restricted, we'll inform you of the reason where possible. We'll also let you know as soon as your Savings Vault is unrestricted.
If your Savings Vault is closed, your balance will immediately be moved to your Revolut account so that you can transfer it out. You'll also receive a document within 30 days of closure, outlining any deposits, withdrawals, and interest earned on your Savings Vault in the previous 12 months.
