You can request cash withdrawals (Cashback) by making a purchase at participating stores: Walmart Group (Super Center, Express, Bodega Aurrera, Mi Bodega, Express, and Sam's), La Comer Group (La Comer, Fresko, City Market, and Sumesa), Soriana, and Office Depot.

• Walmart Group: Withdraw up to $3,000 MXN ($1,000 MXN at Bodega Aurrera Express). A $15 MXN fee applies. Minimum withdrawal is $50 MXN
• La Comer Group: Up to $2,000 MXN. Minimum purchase of $50 MXN. No fees
• Soriana: Up to $10,000 MXN. Minimum purchase of $1 MXN
• Office Depot: Up to $2,000 MXN

Unspecified fees may vary by location, and cash availability depends on each branch's register. Always review the final transaction total on the screen before confirming your payment.

• Make a physical purchase at the participating store
• Inform the cashier that you want to withdraw cash before paying
• Insert your physical Revolut card into the terminal and validate with your PIN

This does not work with virtual cards, nor is it available through electronic CLABE bank transfers.

• Pick the items you want to buy
• Before paying, tell the cashier the exact cashback amount you want
• The cashier will check cash availability
• Insert your physical card, enter your PIN, and pay the total (purchase + withdrawal + fee if applicable)
• Collect your cash and verify your receipt before leaving

The withdrawal is processed immediately at the moment of payment.

If a transaction is approved in your app but you did not receive the cash from the cashier due to a terminal error, keep your receipt. Contact 'Support' via our in-app chat with the transaction date, time, store location, amounts, and attaching your proof of payment.
