For physical card orders, a fee is charged based on your plan, card type, and delivery method. We'll show you all applicable fees in-app before you order. Virtual and single-use cards are available at no cost. Paid plan customers can opt to order a card from a lower-tier plan.

• A one-time fee is charged for each additional card ordered
• There are no monthly charges for having a physical card
• Special edition cards are available to each plan, and upgrading to a higher plan will not decrease the fee for them. They cannot be provided at no cost
• There are no exclusive benefits associated with special edition cards beyond any associated plan benefits

• All customers get their first card at no cost
• Additional card fees may vary depending on your plan and the design selected. For more info, go to our Fees Pages

We offer 2 types of delivery, standard and express.

• Standard customers: get standard delivery for the first card at no cost
• Premium and Metal customers: get express tracked delivery at no extra cost
• Standard customers: can select express delivery for an additional fee

• Standard: MXN79 + VAT for customization (if available)
• Premium and Metal: no additional fees (if available)

Replacement fees may apply. While extra cards always incur a cost, replacement cards may also be subject to additional fees depending on the circumstances.
