My new PIN doesn't work
Why doesn't my new PIN work?
Your new PIN may not have been activated yet. If you received a confirmation email or notification that your PIN has been activated, but it still isn't working, the ATM may not have processed the activation correctly. To activate it, you’ll need to repeat the activation process:
- Visit an ATM, except these unsupported ATMs
- Insert your card and enter the new PIN you’ve set in-app
- Check your account balance. This step confirms and activates your new PIN
