How do I cancel my credit card?
Cancel an ongoing credit card application
In your Revolut app:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
- Select your credit card application
- In the top-left corner, look for the X icon or tap the back arrow until you see it
- Tap the 'X' icon to close the application
You can't cancel an application that has already been submitted. Once the review is complete, you'll receive a notification about the outcome. Once you receive the outcome, you'll also be able to cancel the application if you wish to do so.
Cancel a credit card
If you wish to cancel your credit card, type 'Live agent' in our in-app chat to speak to an agent who can help you. Deleting the credit card from the app doesn't cancel the agreement.
In order to be able to cancel your credit card you must have MXN0 balance left to pay on your credit card.
As we're currently in the process of launching Credit Cards in Mexico, the option to apply may not be available to everyone just yet.
