• Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
• Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
• Select your credit card
• Scroll down and tap 'Installment plans'
• Choose an existing plan

Here you can manage the plan, view the total plan amount, view the amount paid back so far, and check your repayment due date.

Your monthly repayments are the same amount each month, except for the last month, when the installment amount will be slightly less. In Mexico, this amount is not fully added to your minimum payment.

Instead, it appears as a separate line item labelled 'Pago mensual de compras diferidas a meses', which will need to be paid by the due date on your statement.

You can pay your monthly installment at any time during the month. You can also pay future installments early, partially, or pay the entire installment plan off.

If you want to pay the entire installment plan off or make a partial repayment, go to your installment plan in-app and tap ‘Repay’. You'll be able to repay the full or partial balance and any interest accrued.

If you miss an installment repayment, you won’t be able to create any new instalment plans until you’ve cleared your overdue amount.

If you miss a second installment repayment, your plan will be cancelled and the entire balance and accrued interest to date will be moved back to your main credit card balance.

Any amount moved back to your main balance due to missed payments will begin accruing interest on a daily basis at the usual credit card revolving rate.
