How to order a new Joint account card
To order a physical or virtual card for your Joint account, follow these steps:
- Open the Revolut app
- Go to ‘Home’ on the bottom menu
- Tap the cards icon in the top right corner
- Tap ‘Add new’
- Choose ‘Joint’ at the top
- Tap ‘Physical card’ or ‘Virtual card’
- Swipe between card types and designs to choose your preferred option
- Follow the prompts to complete your order
Card fees
- You won’t be charged an extra card fee for your first Joint account card, even if you’ve already ordered a card for your personal account
- The actual cost of a new card depends on the card type, customization, and delivery method. You’ll always see any fees in the app before completing your order.
The number of free cards in your plan applies per account, not per person — this includes your Joint account.
- Standard: 1 physical card at no cost (can be used for personal or Joint account)
- Premium: 2 physical cards at no cost (shared across personal and Joint account)
- Metal: 2 Joint account cards at no cost (1 Metal and 1 Premium/Standard)
Limits
- Joint accounts have separate card limits from your personal one
- Get up to 6 additional physical cards for the Joint account
- Create up to 4 new virtual cards for the account every 30 days
- Each holder must order their own cards
- You can only see your own cards in the app
