Lost or stolen device

If your device was lost, stolen, or may be at risk, follow the below steps where possible to help secure your account.

Change your passcode

In the Revolut mobile app:

  • Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  • Tap 'Account'
  • Select 'Change passcode'
  • Verify your identity with a selfie

Report any suspicious activity

  • If you've noticed additional login attempts, contact us
  • Review your transactions and select any transactions that weren't made by you
