Download transaction receipt
How to download the transaction receipt
- Go to your transactions list
- Select the desired transaction
- Tap 'Download'
The document will appear on your screen when ready. Currently, we can only generate receipts for single transactions and can't group specific transactions together under one document.
Alternatively, you can request a statement of all the transactions for a specific timeframe from the Statement section in-app.
Information included in statement
- Bank information
- Transaction reference number
- Key transaction details (amount, date, time, type)
- Account involved
- Fees charged (if any)
- Location or currency exchange info (when applicable)
You can download a receipt for each transaction separately for any card payment, top-up, transfer, or currency exchange.
We don't issue hard-copy documents or provide stamps on requested documents. All statements and confirmation documents are electronically generated.
