How do I manage notifications from Revolut?
Transactional notifications
The default channels for transactional notifications are push and email. For security reasons, these notifications cannot be disabled. If you would also like to receive them via SMS, contact our support team through the in-app chat.
Marketing and promotion notifications
To activate or deactivate marketing and promotion notifications in the Revolut app:
- Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Scroll down and select 'Notification settings'
- Enable or disable the applicable toggles based on your preferences
Main app notifications
To manage other notifications, like notification sounds, transfers, and transactions, you’ll need to change the notification settings for the Revolut app in your mobile device's settings. Simply go to your device's settings and tap Revolut in your app list.
We recommend keeping Revolut notifications on, as they give you important information about your account, transfers, and spending. This helps you quickly find transactions and report any suspicious activity.
