SPEI transfers
Are there any fees for sending or receiving SPEI transfers?
- Sending and receiving SPEI transfers with Revolut is free
- Revolut does not charge any fees, but the recipient’s bank may apply a fee
If your SPEI transfer hasn’t arrived
If your SPEI transfer hasn’t arrived:
- Wait a few minutes — most are completed within minutes
- Check with the sending bank and verify the CLABE details
- If the transfer doesn’t arrive after 10 minutes, contact Revolut Support via the in-app chat
SPEI transfer statuses
Check your transfer status in 'Transaction History'. Statuses include:
- Pending: the transfer is being processed
- Completed: transfer has been sent and received
- Failed: couldn’t complete the transfer — check recipient details
- Reversed: transfer returned by the receiving bank
If pending too long, contact Revolut Support via chat.
