Revolut Business will import and export reference, amount, tax rate, issue and due date. Document files such as PDFs or attachments are not imported into or exported.

When importing bills, they appear in the 'Bill' section in Revolut Business, marked as 'Imported from e-Boekhouden'.

If the bill uses the 'Afwijkend' tax rate in e-Boekhouden (custom value), no tax rate is applied, as Revolut Business only supports fixed percentages.

For exporting, track the bill status in your Revolut Business account until it shows as Exported, then check it in e-Boekhouden under Boekhouden > Overzichten > Mutaties.

All bills in e-Boekhouden are in EUR. Bills created in other currencies are converted to EUR using the applicable exchange rate.
