BillPay integrates with e-Boekhouden to automatically pull in your bills or accept uploads via email. After scanning and organising the details, this integration creates a bill for your approval in Revolut Business.

• Create the bill in e-Boekhouden by going to 'Boekhouden' and selecting 'Invoeren'
• Select 'Facturen', enter the bill information, and click 'Opslaan'
• Once recorded in e-Boekhouden, it will appear in Revolut. It can take up to 1 hour to sync

If you want to speed it up, you can use the Sync button located in Integrations, under 'e-Boekhouden' and 'Bills'. Please note that this button can only be used once per hour, so you’ll need to wait up to one hour between each manual sync.

Bills initiated in Revolut Business can also be exported to e-Boekhouden as purchases and for reconciliation once payment has been made.

• Once the bill is created in Revolut Business and the payment is initiated or scheduled, go to the 'Bills' section to track the status until it shows as 'Exported'
• It will appear in the 'Boekhouden' section, under 'Overzichten' and 'Mutaties', from your e-Boekhouden account within seconds

All bills in e-Boekhouden are in EUR, and bills created in Revolut Business with other currencies will be converted to EUR at the applicable exchange rate.
