How can I prevent failures by multi-currency configurations?

You can only map Revolut currency accounts to Exact Online bank accounts of the same currency. Whether you can create accounts in foreign currencies depends on whether multi-currency is enabled in your Exact Online environment.

Before you enable variable currency, make sure you set up exchange rates for the currencies you want to use.

To enable variable currency in a journal:

  • Go to 'Company name', 'Master data', 'Financial', and 'Journals'
  • Select the code or description
  • In the 'Currency' section, select 'Variable: Currency'
  • Click 'Save'
