The Exact Online integration helps automate the synchronisation of your Revolut Business transactions into your Exact Online environment, eliminating the need for manual entry and reducing the risk of errors.

After the connection is set up, your future transactions will be synchronised with your Exact Online account based on the mapping you've configured between your Revolut currency accounts and your journal in Exact Online.

Only future transactions will be exported. For historical transactions, you can download your statements from your Revolut Business account and manually import them into Exact Online.

• Go to 'Home' on the main menu
• Click the three dots '...' beside your balance
• Select 'Statements'
• Choose ‘Account statement'
• Select your currency account. Each currency account will have an individual statement generated
• Choose the date range — per day, per month, or per year
• Choose the file type. We support PDF, CSV, ‌XML (Camt.053), and TXT (MT940) formats
• Click 'Generate' to download a file or share the statement via email
