Do I need to do anything to connect with Exact Online?

No initial setup is needed, unless you want to use analytics (such as cost centres or cost units) in ExactOnline. Analytics includes cost centres and cost units. If you want to use analytics:

  • Log in to your Exact Online account
  • Go to your 'Financial' section
  • Select 'Analysis & Results'
  • If axis are turned on, you'll see sections such as 'Cost centres' or 'Cost units'
  • Choose which axis to turn on during setup

If no axis are turned on, simply select 'Not active' when asked during setup.
