How do I import and export bills with Moneybird?

How to import bills from Moneybird

  • Ensure the integration is connected and synced
  • Create the bill in Moneybird by going to the 'Incoming' section and then selecting 'Add' and 'Purchase Invoice’
  • After being created, it will appear in Revolut. It can take up to 1 hour to sync. If you want to speed it up, you can use the ‘Sync’ button located in the Integrations section by selecting 'Moneybird', and then 'Bills'

How to export bills to Moneybird

  • Once the bill is created in Revolut and the payment is initiated or scheduled, go to ‘Transfer’ and select ‘Bills’ to track the status, until it's ‘Exported’
  • It usually appears in 'Incoming' section in your Moneybird account within a few seconds
