When are bills synchronised?

When importing

  • Ensure the integration is connected and synced
  • To create the bill in Yuki, go to ‘PO box’
  • Select ‘Upload’
  • Select ‘Purchase’ to begin bill creation

After being created, the bill will appear in Revolut. It can take up to 1 hour to sync. To speed it up, you can use the ‘Sync’ button. To find the button, go to Integrations, select 'Yuki', and select 'Bills'.

When exporting

Once the bill is created in Revolut and the payment is initiated or scheduled, go to ‘Transfer’ and select ‘Bills’ to track the status until it is ‘Exported’.

It usually appears in the ‘Purchase’ section, under ‘Purchase Invoices’, in your Yuki account within a few seconds.
