View and change my card's billing address

View my billing address

Your card’s billing address is always your personal address, not your business’ registered address or office address. To view your billing address in-app:

  • Go to 'Cards'
  • Choose the card
  • Select 'Settings' and 'View billing address'

When shopping online, it's important to make sure you provide the correct billing address.

Change my personal address

To change the personal address linked to your profile:

  • Go to 'Settings'
  • Go to 'My account'
  • Open 'Personal details'
  • Click 'Residential address' and edit your address as needed
  • Once updated, we'll ask you some questions for security purposes. We may need additional information to confirm it's really you, such as a selfie or proof of residency

We'll review your request within 24 hours and update your address. We'll let you know if we need any more information from you.
