When will my card arrive

Delivery times

  • Standard delivery — 2 weeks
  • Express delivery — up to 5 working days depending on the delivery country

Delivery times may be extended during holidays.

To track your card in-app:

  1. Go to 'Cards'
  2. Select the card you're waiting for
  3. The delivery status widget will show the current status and the estimated delivery date 
  4. To learn more, select 'Track delivery'

If you don't see the delivery widget, then you've already activated the card and confirmed it as delivered. 

If it's past the expected delivery date, and you still haven't received your card, please follow the steps in this FAQ in our Help Centre.
