What to do if I see a delayed (offline) transaction in the app?

If you see a delayed transaction you don't recognise, check if you've made a previous payment to the merchant and review your old transactions. The previous transaction may have been reverted and the merchant charged you again with a delay.

In rare cases, merchants can charge you twice (often immediately) with a duplicated offline payment for a single transaction. These are rare issues that happen on the merchant’s side, and usually they'll return the excess transactions in a few days.
