Setting card spend programs for my team

Spend programs allow you to apply the same card settings to multiple cards.

For example, your company can offer an allowance for all new joiners. To do that, you'd need to create a program called 'New Joiners' and set for it an all-time allowance of 200 GBP. Any card connected to that program will automatically get the 200 GBP limit.

Create or edit a spend program

  1. Go to ‘Cards’ in the Revolut Business app
  2. Click ‘Settings’
  3. Select ‘Spend programs’ 
  4. Click ‘New spend program’ and follow the prompts

From the ‘Spend programs’ screen, you can click your created spend programs to edit them.

Link a card to a program

  1. Go to ‘Cards’ in the Revolut Business app 
  2. Select a card
  3. Click ‘Settings’
  4. Click ‘Assign’ at the top
  5. Choose the spend program to assign, or create a new one

Only account owner and admins can edit and manage spend programs.
