Customise receipts on the POS

To customise your receipts in the POS web portal:

  • Log in
  • Click the logo in the top left
  • Go to 'Settings'
  • Select your desired location
  • Go to 'Checkout' and select 'Receipts'

You can customise a set of fields (store name, registered name, phone number, website, email) and add a logo. In the settings section, you can decide which notes you want printed on receipts (item-level note, bill-level note) and if you want the server's name to show.
