Revolut customers in the Netherlands must meet all of the following criteria:

• You currently live in the Netherlands
• You're a Dutch tax resident, and can provide a Dutch TIN (BSN)
• Not a US tax resident
• You are a customer of the Dutch branch of Revolut Bank UAB

In the personal mobile app:

• Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
• Below your balance, tap Accounts
• Choose 'Add new'
• Select 'Savings & Funds'
• Tap 'Instant Access Savings'
• Follow the prompts to set up your account

There's no minimum deposit amount. However, Instant Access Savings deposits are subject to a maximum limit — €5,000,000 for EUR, with corresponding limits for other currencies.
