Suspicious transactions

Your account security is our priority. Occasionally, our security system may decline a card payment attempt as suspicious. When this happens, we may automatically freeze your card. In some instances, we'll pause all payments in your account to keep you secure while we review your account.

How to review a suspicious transaction?

Select this payment in your transactions and review by choosing one of two available options:

  • Yes, it was a genuine transaction. You can then retry the payment again.
  • No, it wasn’t you. We'll terminate that card assuming it's compromised, and you'll be able to order a new one.

Confirming that a transaction is genuine only works in the context of a single card (i.e. we can still flag transactions as suspicious for the same merchant from other cards you hold).
