Statement for my Merchant account

If you have an active Merchant account, you can download a sales statement or a transaction statement for that account:

  1. Go to 'Merchant' on the main menu
  2. Select 'Statements'
  3. Choose the Merchant statement you need
  4. Select the dates and filters you want to apply to the statement
  5. Click on 'Generate' to download the document

Can't access statements

To download statements, you need permissions to manage accounts. Ask your account owner or admin to grant you access
