Why can't I withdraw money from my Merchant account?

We might temporarily block withdrawals from your Merchant account to your Business accounts if we need additional information about your business, or if we find any suspicious activity on your account.

These checks are mandatory and help us verify your account and Nature of Business to make sure your business is following local regulations. You should receive a notification letting you know we’re adding any temporary restrictions to your account.

  • Check if you've been asked to provide additional information — head to your Information request tab in the Revolut Business mobile or web app.
  • Providing the information and documents we ask for will allow our team to verify your account and lift any restrictions, getting your account back to normal.
