How do I create a product in the POS?

To add products, go to the POS web portal. Under the 'Products' section, click 'New Products' and enter the product’s name, category, price, tax rate, whether it’s eligible for takeaway, and picture. You can also add product variations and modifiers, making it easier for your staff to edit orders.

If you prefer, you can also add products via the POS mobile app by going to 'More', selecting 'Products', and choosing 'Create New'. However, the app only lets you add basic details like name, price, and tax rate, without advanced options.

For larger product batches, the POS web portal offers a 'Bulk Import' feature where you can upload a CSV file to quickly set up many products at once.
