To issue a refund, head to the 'Sales' tab in your Revolut Terminal and select the payment you'd like to refund. A 'Refund' button will be visible in the top-left corner.

In order to proceed you will need to insert the 4-digit passcode which was created when first logging in to the terminal. If you have forgotten the passcode, you'll need to log out of the terminal and then log back in again.

You can issue multiple refunds for the same transaction, as long as the total refunded amount doesn't exceed the original transaction value. This flexibility allows you to offer partial refunds to customers.

The refund will be processed within 5 business days.
