What if I'm rejected for a basic payment account?

You can apply for a basic Revolut payment account on our website. You'll need to meet all ‌eligibility requirements shown to you on the dedicated webpage. If you fail to meet these requirements, your application will be automatically rejected.

If you don't agree with this decision, you can refer to our Complaints Policy. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (Autoriteit Financiële Markten, AFM) on the AFM website and the Dutch Institute for Financial Disputes (Het Klachteninstituut Financiële Dienstverlening, KIFID) on the KIFID website.
