Need a hand?

To keep your current number when switching to Revolut, select 'Transfer to Revolut' when purchasing a plan from us. In-app instructions will guide you through transferring your number, and there's no cost to move your current number to Revolut.

Even if you have completed the purchase of a plan and already have a random or VIP number, you can still transfer your existing phone number to Revolut Mobile. To start the transfer process, go to 'Mobile plans', ‘Plan details’, ‘Manage’, and select ‘Transfer to Revolut’.

You'll need to give us some specific information that must exactly match the information your old provider has on record for you.

For a personal account, you will need:

• First name and last name
• Address
• Email
• Account number with your current provider

For a business account, you will need:

• Business name
• Business address
• Billing address (if different from business address)
• Account number with your current provider
