Transfer your Revolut Mobile number to another provider

Transfer Revolut number to new provider

You can transfer your phone number from Revolut Mobile to another provider at no extra cost, just let your new provider know and they will initiate and complete the number transfer process for you. During the number transfer, you may experience some service interruption during this time.

Can I cancel this transfer?

Number transfers can be cancelled or rescheduled up to two days before the scheduled transfer date. To cancel a number transfer, submit a request in-app. To do so:

  • Tap your mobile plan and select ‘Plan details’
  • Select ‘Manage’
  • Select the number that shows transfer in progress
  • Select ‘Cancel port out’

To reschedule a transfer, simply submit the cancellation request and start a new number transfer request.

What if my new operator blocks the number transfer?

We'll notify you in-app if your number transfer request is denied for any reason. If you have an active plan, it will remain active until the end of the billing period. If you do not have an active plan, you can purchase a monthly mobile plan to resume service with us.

Is my plan cancelled when I transfer my number?

If you only have one number, your plan is cancelled upon transfer completion. A refund for unused service is provided if you transferred your number away from Revolut within 14 days of starting your mobile plan. No refund will be issued if the transfer occurred after the initial 14-day period.

If you have multiple numbers on your mobile plan and you are transferring out a number (primary or secondary number), your Revolut plan will not be cancelled upon the transfer. If you transferred out a primary number, one of your secondary numbers will become your new primary number.
